Pressing of Fuel Tanks is simplified by the use of a 400 ton double action mechanical press.

Welding capacity spans from welding of the very smallest of components to larger projects manufactured, such as a complete replacement land rover chassis.

The entire Fuel Tank programme is totally controlled in-house, commencing with the pressing, though the assembly and filter pipe manufacture. Each Tank is then tested to British Standards , following by full degrease, paint and oven bake programmes.
